Kestrel started in 2019 with a borrowed trailer and a rule: never use more pressure than the surface needs. Seven years and 1,400 tickets later, the rule hasn’t changed.

01 — Why we exist
Most damage we fix was done by a pressure washer.
Theo spent his first summer repairing what other washers broke: stripped deck stain, etched driveways, vinyl siding blasted loose at the seams. Almost every job had the same cause. Too much pressure, and nobody checking what the surface was made of.
So Kestrel runs on one rule. Never use more pressure than the surface needs. It’s slower to set up, it takes more than one machine, and it’s why our re-wash requests stay in single digits.

Two machines. Because one pressure doesn’t fit every surface.
Everything lives on one trailer, including 200 gallons of our own water for homes without a good outdoor tap.

Three rules we don’t bend.

The surface decides the pressure
Not the machine, not the clock. We test first and turn it down if we’re not sure.

Plants before paint
Beds get soaked, covered and rinsed again. If something wilts, we come back and deal with it.

You pay after you’ve seen it
Photo ticket first, invoice second. No deposits on homes, ever.
