Every starting price, in one place.
Starting prices cover a typical 2,000 sq ft home. Bigger homes, heavy buildup and add-ons move you up the range, and you’ll see that before we start.
04 — Questions
The things people ask before they book.
Why is it a range and not one price?
Two driveways of the same size can need very different work. Oil, red clay and mildew all add time. We confirm the exact number on site before we start, and it never goes over the top of your range unless you add something.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need an outdoor tap and access to the areas on your ticket. We text when we arrive and send the photo ticket when we’re done.
Will it damage plants, paint or shingles?
That’s what soft washing is for. Siding, roofs and wood get low pressure and a cleaner matched to the surface. Plants are pre-wet, covered and rinsed again after.
How do I pay?
After the job, once you’ve seen the photos. Card, bank transfer or check. No deposit for homes.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn’t stop a wash. If a storm rolls in, we move you to the next open slot at no charge.
Any discounts?
Two or more surfaces on one visit get 10% off automatically. Maintenance plans save 10 to 20% on every visit after that.
